L3: 2012 is THURSDAY, APRIL 19

L3: REGISTRATION & SCHEDULE

DAYTIME PROGRAM:  Open to Simcoe County high school students, grades 9-12, through registration within their home schools – speak to your English teacher.  (A few elementary groups will attend the keynote by invitation.)
* If you are not in the Simcoe area, but wish to attend, YOU ARE WELCOME STILL!
(Contact B. Adduono – see email/phone below.)

TEACHERS:   L3 is a one-of-a-kind, exciting opportunity for students to interact with some of Canada’s best novelists, poets, journalists, publishers and activists.  L3 supports literacy instruction by making all aspects of writing real and interactive.  There is nothing like meeting the name on the book.

Registration Packages with general information will be sent to your schools by the end of FEB 2011.

Have students browse the website (Author Profiles), then choose their workshops.

    • This makes for a great classroom lesson/activity, especially in a Computer Lab…
    • Once all of your students have made their choices, email these to Brian Adduono:

badduono@mail.scdsb.on.ca

Space is limited, so send choices ASAP to ensure your students get their choices.
(If you have any Q’s email or call Brian Adduono - 705-726-6541)

L3 is $10.00 / student.

Payment can be made by school cheque (payable to: Barrie North Collegiate) or in cash on the morning of registration.

PRE-PAYMENT IS PREFERRED! (and will secure your spot!)
